Awa Ambra Seck
In 2024, I will join the Business, Government, and the International Economy unit at Harvard Business School as an Assistant Professor.
My work is at the intersection of development economics, economic history, and political economy. I focus on Africa and I study how colonial policies persisted and shaped current economic development, with a focus on emigration patterns, as well as how cultural traits and economics intertwine.
I received my Ph.D. from Harvard in 2023.
My CV is available here.
